The Hospitality Law Conference:
The Legal + Financial Aspects of Investing In + Developing Hotels

This inaugural program is a one-day conference that will also take place at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, VA.

Hotels and resorts are a specific class of real estate, in many ways unlike commercial properties. Successful development demands specialized knowledge of the economic structures, financial returns, and particular uses for the hospitality industry. This program explores essential topics in the development and operation of these unique properties.

Duty of Care Measures

At this time, subject to future CDC guidance and/or other government venue suggestions or mandates, there are not any requirements for proof of COVID vaccines or COVID testing.

On-Demand Post-Conference Access:

This conference will not be live-streamed; however, a recording will be available for on-demand viewing after the conference for a fee.
